Capiw not gaining furies

Using capiw in 1.1 with skill synergy and he is not gaining furies when purifying poisons.... is this a feature or bug?

This might sound stupid, but did you have any kinetic potential?
Edit: Also, 1.1 in what?

Hey do you have any footage of this happening or would you be able to tell us who was on your team at the time? Also, would you be able to tell us which quest this occurred in?
