Potential Stryfe issues?

I could be missing something here...
But firstly, stryfe doesn’t seem to be able to shrug off the champions unstoppable (NOT power stone champion, just normal champion).
Secondly, I don’t understand how stryfe is able to miss with his mediums? I thought the little hidden Easter egg ability of psionic attacks, was that they couldn’t miss? But he seems to miss against invisible woman?
So am I missing something here?
