Does the order matter for the 4* Cav Challenge?

First time having a go at the 4* Cav challenge for the 10% t5cc, does the order in which you complete each quest matter? I just killed off sentinel for the tech quest but notice I don't any credit it for it. Do I need to do the first quest (science) before moving onto quest 2?

Thanks.. yea.. that makes sense.. just thought I had seen people do it out of order previously to match up with the different class combat objectives. Well, guess I'll need some better science options before starting..
