New quest

The new quest i beat chap one and two and it wont let me fight chapter three. It says complete chapter two to unlock. This i have done but i havnt explored chap two. Is exploration required or is it a new chapter availible every week. I may have missed that. Please advise

    3rd quest comes out next week Wednesday.
