Extra VFX for android players?

So I played MCoC on a iPhone awhile back and noticed the extra VFX it has. I understand why these would be turned off on the android version, as they come with all different specs there's some that couldn't cope with the extra processing power needed and you would end up with loads of people complaining the game runs slow or choppy. However there's plenty of people with android phones that would be more than capacle of running the game smoothly with the extra VFX so with that in mind would it be at all possible to have an option in the settings menu to turn them on? You could put a little note under it advising people that turning it on might cause performance issues.
