DISCONNECTED IN AW

So me and my alliance mates have been dealing with this issue since last war and it’s getting out of hand. I just used potions to heal up to full yellow bar and when i went in to the fight, i got disconnected as soon as the loading screen ended. Now i have to use more potions because of that. Hopefully you guys fix this issue asap! Thank you

This has happened to me both in AQ and AW. Clicked "fight', game crashed, when reloaded my top champ lost half his health and the defender is at full health.

Game has also been crashing mid-fight numerous times. Often this happens when a graphics heavy special attack is launched like in the case of Psycho Man SP1.

These problems started to get progressively worse and worse for me sometime in the Fall 2020. A new content is being pushed out on a very aggressive schedule while the basic quality assurance is being neglected.

Kabam, while it is okay to have problems with hardware and software, it is not okay when players lose their champions' health through no fault of their own.
