Apocalypse evade fail failed to stop evade

Was at 100% evade fail, domino didn't evade in war. Nightcrawler evaded multiple times. Please tell me why?

    It also happens on the spider verse lanes in AQ map 7. Apoc is supposed to have up to a 100% chance to bypass evade, not reduce evade chance so enhanced abilities nodes should not affect it
