How good is Dr Voodo??

So as the title clarifies I want to have your thoughts on Dr Voodo. I didn't have him in any star but today I pulled him as 5 star. So just wanna know how good is he and how to use him properly.

He's okay unduped, but really good when duped even at sig 1.

The guy cheeses a v5 chapter, has some of the best nullify in game and decent power control with being one of if not the best poison DOT character ingame (either him or iAbom)

His power control is beyond descent. Get to the first sp 2 and your opponent never use a special attack again.

He is good but I think he needs the dupe to be dependable.

He is meh until the dupe but once he is his only shortcoming is damage, and even that isn’t that bad.

He can keep people nullified and power drained the whole fight and has a solid regen at the start. While blocking he has big energy resist (so he can be used vs Magik, iceman, etc). A phenomenal all around champ.
