Remove AW health penalty for game crashing

Dear Kabam,

Our alliance is Platinum which means that for us the number of deaths in wars actually matters and if health is lost in / before war fights we will recover it with potions (which are costly and not unlimited).

Last war we had 3 members playing on both iOS and Android devices having their game crash before the fight started (the fight was loading but froze, after the restart it counted as a death), meaning:
- a bonus was lost (3 in total)
- half of their champs' health was lost in penalty
- our members had to spend potions to recover health back to normal

I understand that the point of penalties is fair play, however since nothing is being done to make the game stable (to make fights actually load instead of freezing, this has been happening for months now, no improvement) please look into removing penalties for the game crashing in AW.

At the very least keep attack bonus penalty but remove 50% health penalty so we don't have to spend on potions to pay for the game not working properly. We are already paying with bonuses lost out of nowhere, which is completely out of our control.

You can reintroduce it when the game actually starts loading without crashes for everyone, which will probably take a while.

While you're at it, please look into updating war potions, the health recovered from them is too little and doesn't keep up with the changes in the game where r3 6* attackers and defenders are quite common these days. You can only do so much with a 3-6k health potion when the attacker's overall health is over 40k.
