Speech man not throwing sp1

Trying to do cav eq. Using void for the fight, trying to reverse the heal and decent damage once fotv is up. But sphycho mN just isn't throwing his sp1. I can bait specials all the time, and have no problem with other champs, but sphycho man. Pushes me into the wall. Attack his block to push him back figuring I have the health to spare, he goes unblockable, still won't throw special 1. Any tips?

    use champs with taunt? This happens to me often in AQ

    Or look up a video on how to fully evade the sp2. It’s very possible just gotta get down the timing.
