Magneto only gets a max of 35 prowess against hulkbuster

Was doing the event quest(uncollected) of this month, my mags would only reach 35 by holding heavies, instead of the normal 40 for metal champs.

Same thing happened in the battle against antman, I could get 35 charges by holding and then 1 each, whereas it should be 40 charges then 1 each.

I have always got 40
