Keep Buff/debuff icons locked

Not sure if this has ever been brought up, but it would make life a lot easier if the current buff/debuffs on the defender were locked in place for the entire fight. What I mean is, could there be an assigned place for each buff/debuff so when we fight nodes with many icons we can look in the same place? This would be much easier to focus then when 1 or 2 drop off, the entire group shifts, especially when there are multiple rows.
This is particularly important for champs that you have to hold heavy, or time your attack during say a stun.
