I just pulled a second 5* Ghost Rider. Is he any good? Worth high sig?

    Depends on what content you are doing / needing him for he has fallen behind the meta, but still solid for some things.

    I got UC last month. Just finished exploring Act 4. Moving on to Act 5 after wrapping this month’s EQ.

    He'll really help you in act 4-5.
    Once you learn his rotation and playstile, he'll be incredibly useful.
    He has one of the most powerful regen abilities in the game, saving you so many potions and revives.
