Not receiving arena reward (FEAR)

in Bugs and Known Issues

I'm try got 4* champion in arena " FEAR". I scored 1M points in milestone, got 13 position in the ranking but KABAM forgot of my reward. I try to contact support. Someone have the same issue too?

Thank you for reporting to us about not being able to receive your ranked rewards yet from the Fear Arena even if you were ranked at 13. I understand how important for you to get your rewards.

I found out that we were aware of the reported concern and working to reproduce/confirm exactly what was happening. We were unable to provide a direct response or update to the ticket but we will make sure to look into such tickets closely. We will make sure as well to resolve any found issues as soon as possible.
