Rank Up Gems Problem ...

As everybody knows there is a huge problem in game. When we have year based rank up gems and normal rank up gems we can't choose year based one to use for rank our champs. For example I have blade, 2017 3-4 generic rank up gem and skill 3-4 rank up gem and when I try to rank up blade I can't use 2017 gem , game says you have to use normal one. This problem has been around for a LONG TIME. Why this problem is ignored. When I check forum there are a lot of discussion about it and authorities told they would fix this problem. Is it a big problem that cannot be solved for 5-6 months?

    I agree and have posted about this before. It always gets ignored by Kabam.
