Variant's reward BIG problem

I'm new in the forum, I hadn't had any issue with emergency maintenances so far, but today I had a truly awful one.
I started the last variant (Jessica Jones one) yesterday, and today I finished off Joe Fixit with an awful timing, since it coincided with the maintenance. I waited and entered the game a few minutes ago to find to my HORROR, that the variant was marked as completed, but I received NONE OF THE REWARDS.
My profile is not an endgame one, it costed me lots of runes/units and even real life money to complete, with the only purpose of play and receive the 5* starts shards, I really need the rewards and I'm not willing to let this pass as if nothing had happened.
It's unfair.

Send a ticket as soon as you can get back in, they should be able to fix that for you.

A support ticket. You send it in settings

Ooooofff I can only imagine how I would be like if I just finished some content and no rewards. Contact support as others have said.
