Life transfer and Nick fury

Hey, guys today i took life transfer path(in AW) with nick fury... As soon as the fight starts i lose my first full bar of health(LMD was already destroyed) and started with second health, in the beginning i thought it was because of the node but i had fury too... When i started next fight he started to degenerate... and i lost that fight because of that... Is that a bug??
