Is Silver Surfer good?

I still can't work out if Silver Surfer is actually good or not. Sometimes I get on alright with him, other times I'm hopeless... Dunno if it's just my lack of understanding of his mechanics or he requires a greater skill than I have.. or he's just not very good.

    I found him complicated at first, and like you say, hit and miss on how I seemed to perform with him.
    I watch the Jason Vorhees 'tutorials' on YT and that helped me understand his mechanics.

    I really like how he turns his immunities into extra strength when he would be suffering from one.

    I’d say he’s between really good and alright, he’s solid but nothing that special, he’s got some good utility and solid damage, but is hugely overshadowed
