Android TV - MCOC

I don't have an Android TV but I've been told that it has the same access to the play store like any Android device.

Has anyone tried to play this game on their Android TV?
Is this possible?
Is it against TOS?
If this is possible, was it any good?

If it is possible, I'm assuming the general game play, especially when playing the more difficult content is very responsive, the reaction of touch screen is far superior.

Only way I've found to do this reliably is to play on my Nvidia Shield Tablet, and hook up the HDMI cable to the Nvidia Shield TV. All other "casting" is way to laggy to play properly.
