Wasn't Angela supposed to be a value change?

What exactly do you think values are? To be clear, her Buff sounds amazing, I can't wait to see it in action. But it isn't a value change. 3 pre-existing values were changed, all other changes are new abilities. Was Miike's announcement just wrong or is this still somehow considered to be a value change?

Again, I'm happy with the buff, just a little confused if this still counts as changing values

Yeah same here. I’m not complaining though. I’ve always said, they should just do what they need to do to make a champ good, not restrict themselves to fitting inside an arbitrary category
