Who to rank up next ?

I plan to take all of them to rank 5 at some point but who should I do first.
I’ll be moving on to 6.4 sometime soon

All 3 are great champs. Is Hype awakened? If not, I would go with one of the other two first. Personally I would rank Doom up first.
