Which 6* science champ should I take to rank 3?

This group was so helpful in suggesting my Cosmic Ghost Rider to go to rank 3 now I am taking a science champ to rank 3, which one would you choose and why? Please keep in mind I have the synergy team for Thing in 5 and 6 stars.

By synergy team I mean this one.

Do you have either of them as five stars ranked?

I do have Human Torch but not Thing.

I think thing is overrated. In most content it's just not feasable to have a full synergy content, and without it his damage is lacking a bit.

In addition, his main utility comes when he is max sig.

Human torch doesnt need any synergis and the dupe and is a better champion
