Suggestion for Kabam on people who cheat in-game

I have a suggestion for Kabam for account that have been temporarily banned or for people who have cheated. Why not change their title in game to something like "jailed" permanently. That way, it will dissuade these accounts from being sold later on with is against the TOS (selling your account)...No one would want to buy an account that has that label.

It's like the punishment in many countries in Medieval period when criminals got tattooed in their faces forever.

I like the idea that we can get back a thousand years to the past.

People buy accounts because they don't know it is against ToS.

Similarly, under 13 is not allowed to play this game according to ToS. How many bother?

Our systems are always evolving and we're constantly working on new ways to catch and punish players who buy or sell a Kabam account. To clarify, buying, selling, trading or gifting a Kabam account is a direct violation of our Terms of Service Agreement (ToS). All players agree to abide by our ToS when they choose to play the game. Kabam remains the sole owner of all Marvel: Contest of Champions game accounts and no player has any right to sell one to another player. If we find that someone has violated our ToS by selling or buying an account, we will take any and all actions we deem necessary to punish their behavior, including the permanent banning of any accounts they may have.

Implementing a new Title to dissuade others from buying an account is not something we're willing to consider at this time for a couple of different reasons. Firstly, we believe that everyone should already be aware that buying or selling a Kabam account is forbidden by our ToS. Secondly, if we were to add a Title just to stop others from buying an account, technically every account should have the same Title as no account should be bought or sold.

It has always been our policy to protect the identities of any players who we've found to have cheated in The Contest and giving an undesirable Title to those players would essentially be a contradiction of the policy we've maintained up to this point. While I understand there are differing opinions on this topic, we don't plan to change this policy for the foreseeable future.
