Ghost carries me through aw, cav eq and sq, as well as 6.1 and 6.2. She rocks! Especially since you have a 5 star wasp. Doooooo iiiiiiit!

I'd say wait for Doom since he is so close, and having him at r5 will get you through a lot of content. With that in mind, go with Ghost if you don't want to wait because she's also very powerful
