then you decide silently neutering ghost with a change to her evade counter ON TOP of making her harder to use on the V6 DDHK boss

Note: i'd upload the difference images if the forums would actually let me, ffs fix your forums and put ghost back to normal

Her evade counter did change,

From ‘critical hits cannot be evaded’

To ‘while this precision is active, opponent’s evade abilities suffer -100% flat ability accuracy’

However, I don’t think it’ll make much of an impact on the majority of scenarios. The main one I can think of is force of will nodes with evade.

Tell me this ain't so. I really hope it's somehow a bug. Why would they just change that out of nowhere? If it's intentional, then I see no reason why they shouldn't announce it.

Both daredevils and prof x can‘t miss ghost anymore.
After reading the changelog i pushed through V6 and explored V6.3.1 and one shotted DDHK 4x with Ghost.
I guess this is a hurting memory now
