Apocalypse bug - persistent charges

Apocalypse don't gain persistent charges when facing a mutant or winning a fight:

It's intentional. He's not supposed to gain any against robots

Mhhh.. weird. I'm almost 100% certain that I got the charges when I did the path before updating. Thanks for the answers you guys.
