Bought caskets, Side quest still tier 1 [Merged Threads]

I am cavalier and I claimed all the caskets of winter I can. But I am still on tier 1 of the quest. I claimed them from casket 5 to casket 1 in that order. Can you please fix this.

Can you also look into making side events even more needlessly complicated? Needing an excel sheet and step by step manual to playing a monthly side event in a mobile game is pretty tedious especially when you're punished so severely for a single misuse of a single item.

I can I have my feather back @Kabam Zibiit I thought it was like the incursions, where you would go up tiers. But I think I waisted the feather😓😓by doing tier 1
