Rank up advice

I really don't know who to rank up. Any advise would be perfect. (All story content is explored, only have to explore V1 and V2, and Abyss).

I mean if you've pretty much done everything, you're most likely looking for fun rank-ups, and for that I would recommend iHulk

Have you seen Angela's new buff? You got a duped 5* of her and don't see much other ranked cosmics besides CMM and Hyperion. Her dupe with high sig is now one of the most unique interactions against ALL DoT effects.

I have her at sig 20 and i am F2P, so the sigs are not that easy to come by...
