Not being able to accept AQ/AW rewards from Mail, and the numbers showing where you go to mail/chat

I cannot Claim or get my AW/AQ, and even now the Odin Feather rewards from my mail. There is a list of items that you can hit claim on and nothing happens. Can you please fix this. There is also RED numbers showing up "mine has 872" where you go to the chat/mail/social, etc." and these wont go away. This happened after i updated the game for the new event. Can you please fix these so i can get my rewards from my mail and the numbers.

    I can claim everything but says I have like 915 new mail
