Side Quest Tier 6 opening problem

I bought casket of ancient winters 1-5 , but didn't get the tier 6, I got only tier 5
I am uncollected

    The tier 6 one is open when you finish the bifrost no6 or whatever its called and everyone over uncolleted got the same thing.

    Bifrost number no. 6 is not appearing, that's the problem
