Hit the Wall, Need a Plan

My goal is to get to Thonebreaker. I've already 100% Act 5 and I'm stuck mid Act 6. I've completed Variants 3 & 4 and haven't yet done a Labyrinth or Abyss run.

• 6* Champs (all rank 1 unduped): Storm PX, Annihlus, Red Goblin, Longshot, Loki, Dormammu, Squirrel Girl

• 5* R4/55 (sig level): VTD (70), Havok (60), Domino (80), Morningstar (50), BWCV (0), Archangel (10), Torch (0), Star-Lord (70), Colossus (0)
  
• 
  
• 5* R1-R3 (pertinent only): Massacre, Corvus, Prof X, Cable, Hulkbuster, Blade, Elsa, Hela, Night Thrasher, CMM, Stealth Spidey, Black Widow Movie, Angela, Old Man Logan, Doc Oc, Air-Walker, Rulk, Wolverine, She-hulk.

I'm part of a gold 2, 6/5/5 alliance that is pretty active and so I get decent resources and it doesn't take forever to rank someone.

ASK: What's the plan here?

Do I:

Rank up 6* Longshot or wait for a better 6*?

Continue with 5* rank ups and in what order?

Focus on best tier or try to build a synergy squad (like Domino, Rulk, Massacre.)

And what about content order? Go straight for Act 6 or do variants/special quests first?

I have a worse roster than you, but managed to get past Act 6 and am exploring Act 7 right now 73% done. Aegon was very useful for the late-end content because I had him at sig 200, and I'm part of a Silver I alliance.

Champs: Continue with your 5 star rank ups. You've got Prof X, Stealthy, Corvus (if suicides), Elsa. And get that Archangel to r5 ASAP.

For Content: I've completed all the Variants but variant 1. I think you could do Variant 6 and 5 with doom, but imo you're better of with Act 6 unless you are stuck. Labyrinth can be done with Aegon itemless, so try getting him to a high sig.

Also it would help if we knew where on Act 6 you're stuck
