someone in my alliance said it’s an optional update for some android players to collect in game data. may or may not be right.

To collect user data although 1 GB is a bit much.

Makes sense, I only play since May 2015. Glad they want to address issues in the early game, because I've been loving 7.1 and Cav EQ. Would really hate if these were badly bugged.
