Human Torch bugged in elsa bloodstone IWD fight?

Says that debuffs xan be same type to do damage. Brought human torch in, got 6 incinerate debuffs but only started doing damage when the debuff incinerates from hitting her with medium reached 3. Do incinerates not count unless earned that way?

    Can't use prefight cause of diss track (prefight is passive). Maintain at least 3 regular incinerates to deal damage.
