AA bugged

storm x, on glancing reduces opponent ability accuracy by 100%, when AA is glanced, he should not suffer the AAR (even though he would still suffer 50% attack reduction), but it is clearly evident that that's not the case, glancing is also preventing AA from applying debuffs. If I am correct AA's AAR immunity is bugged from a long time. I strongly suggest kabam to work on bugged champs instead of rebalancing ghost (her evade prevention is not percentile based) and it's likes (I still remember how quick kabam was to 'fix' she hulk)
