Omega Red with Horseman Synergy

Apocalypse offers mutant champ with horseman synergy 30% offensive ability accuracy enhancement;

And Omega Red’s basic tentacle attack has 30% chance to be unblockable (Max Sig)

So if I make OmegaRed become Horseman, his basic tentacle attacks will have 60% chance to become unblockable, right?

30 x 130% = 39 if I’m correct, so it really won’t benefit much tbh

Just did a test, then I realized that the unblockable was pretty unlikely to be triggered during the fight.....disappointed
