Champs you think need a god tier buff

Some champs like red skull have awesome animations but lack damage output.

What is your opinion which champ needs a god level buffing?

Kabam said himself if we thought some champs are getting behind and people left to use them..
We should remind them which champs are getting behind

See the ironic thing is that Red Skull is actually a buffed up counter assuming you just need 3+ buffs total, and not just 3 unique buffs
