Don’t know if kabam plan to rework her but here is e few ideas
Actually, ramping up Hela and making her really useable in different content is not that easy !
Even Daddy Odin backing her up, she is not that easy to use nor is she really enjoyable and useful to play in the different contents.
I will stay on the idea that Hela is a ramping champion but with a few additions to her abilities.
Signature ability:
- At the start of the fight, Hela gain a number of spirits based on her signature from 1 to 100 max
- at the start if the fight, each dead teammate grants her a bonus of +10 to +20 spirits, based on her sig level
- Each time Hela would be knocked out, she gains a passive indestructible buff for 3 to 7 seconds, based on her sig level and regenerate 0.5% of life per spirits, losing the corresponding amount of spirit used to regenerate
Killing the goddess of death should not be an easy task after all
Abilities:
Spirits of the dead - passive
Hela controls the Spirits of the Dead, using them to magnify her buffs enabling her to unleash the true power of a god !
Each buff last 1% longer for each spirits she have (yes that could apply to buff given by synergies or nodes)
Passive;
After taking more than 8% of her base health in damage from a single strike, Hela gains a buff granting +x physical resistance for 5 seconds
Each time this buff is triggered, its effect increases by 100%
Each time Hela gains a fury buff, she also gains an irresistible buff lasting 3 seconds
Heavy attack:
While charging her heavy attack, Hela continually gains fury buffs, each granting +x attack and lasting 5 seconds
Special attack 1
100% chance to trigger a fury buff granting +x attack for 5 seconds
50% chance to trigger a cruelty buff granting +x critical damage for 5 seconds
Special attack 2
This attack place an armor break on the opponent, reducing their armor by x for each fury currently active, lasting 3 seconds for each active fury

Hela unleash the full power of the Dead !
Hela use a portion of her spirits to strengthen her,
Up to 3 fury and cruelty buff can be made permanent buff at the cost of 10 spirits per buff
