Only needed 4% tech T5CC which I got from the 1% selector. Was waiting for months to get this. Finally I got it!

My other Tech options were HulkBuster and Punisher 2099. Did I make the correct choice?

In my opinion, yes.
Great power control. Double immunity. Health regeneration each fight. Easy to get combo protection. And if u can end fight with sp3, next fight is great with a lot of damage at beginning.
