I like mags special damage, but he also takes a bunch of damage too. I wish he were duped too.

Dont worry about keeping those prowess's up cuz they can easily be built back up again (unless you have like 70). I just r5d mine and I got to say im loving him and he doesn't really take that much dmg imo.

Hype. I don't have Mags at r5 so I can't say for sure but there's a world of difference between an r4 Hype and r5.
Guilly at r4 is hard to use if they don't have around 80k health since they die too fast . I can't imagine her at r5.

I love my r5 g99. But I find mags to be king of so many fights and a rank up you will never, ever regret.

Easily. But since you are more comfortable with Hype, then definitely him. Dude's versatile as heck although block proficiency could be better.
