Act5 Chap3 Update and Uncollected

So, I received an Ingame Email about Completing Act5 Chap2 with nefarious methods and i was taken away my Uncollected perks ... and as a Redemption, i was Told to complete Act5 Chap 3 in a Legit manner . And once a month team will check into it and give me back the Uncollected Perks...

I completed 5.3 weeks back and i am still waiting..( its been more than Month since I received that message).

Please help me ..
