Gassed/spry bugged with CapIW

This is in 6.4.2 footloose/the best defense/spry path. this Miles has gassed as well as power bond. My Captain America IW is shrugging off the fatigue from spry (I have falcon on the team) but the power drain is sticking around even without a fatigue being active on Cap. This is clearly a bug right? And it’s not a visual bug, My power continuously drained every time I gained any.
