Nick Fury bug: not throwing SA1 while he is unblockable

Nick Fury is the champion who really likes to throw SA1 when you are fighting with him. He can do it just to your block or when you are far from him.
But I just spent more than minute trying to let him throw SA1 on arena when he had 16 charges and was unblockable. Seems like some script decides that if he is unblockable, it is not worse to throw SA1, get 8 charges and become blockable again. I beleive this is a bug because there is no hope to see his SA1.
I did not started recording from the beginning, sorry. But you can see on the video that he refuses all moments to throw SA1 and throw SA2 immediately, so everything is OK with the aggression level. And, just an info, I started dancing with him at the moment he got 1 power bar and 16 charges.

I've noticed this too and I actually use it to my advantage in war. When he is unblockable, I like going for light intercepts to push him over 20 tactical charges, and this works even when he is over a bar of power since there isn't much fear over being countered by his sp1.
