Odin Prefight/Cross fight Bug?

Took Odin into Alliance war with Angela. Applied odins prefight before warlock fight. Odins description say prefight applies to entire quest. Pre/Cross ability fell off before the havok fight.

Video of next time using Angela; No Death, No Revive, Just new fight... (In video you see that I notice the crossfight icon is no longer showing, but thinks its a visual bug):

Am I missing something.. or did the Prefight just randomly disappear.
