I was double charged and didnt get what i payed for

so i decided to buy a grandmaster daily special for the fun of it and i didnt get any of the items included and now i see ive been charged twice on my card and have none of the items, can i get some support?

DO NOT just go and request a cancellation/refund thru Google/Apple or your credit card. That may result in a “negative” units balance in game.
