Doom or symbiote supreme???

I have Md at 3 and right now i wont be able to max it out or even at 4 as low on loyalty and Saving units for abyss run....So who would be better for abyss easy path?? DOOM is 5* rank 5 sig 140 and symbi is 6* rank 1...!!!
