Let us sell T4CC for T5CC shards

Like the title says, we need to be able to sell T4CC so they don't just expire.

    Nah, it would be kind of pointless. The amt of t5cc you get would be minuscule

    They are still making money off selling 2% T5CC Crystals, also still using them as Big Rewards for the End of Side Events, you won't see this change for another 2 or 3 year probably...
