Tips for 6.1.5?

So with the new crossbones buff coming, I want to complete 6.1.5 before it happens and if I can I might push for cav. Here is a screenshot of my 5 and 6 stars
Can I complete 6.1.5? Who should I bring? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!

    I think sentinel is probably your best option there since he is poison immune and has easy access to heal block. I don’t know how well omega red would work since he can’t heal block to stop vigor

    They are removing that Vigor buff ( no more healing )on cross bones and placing arc overload buff.i guess It will be easier after update
