Classic Iron Man Overhaul Idea

Here is my third overhaul of a classic Avenger, this time being Iron Man. You can find the overhauls for Hawkeye and Hulk in my earlier discussions and I am still working on Cap, Thor, and BW. Anyways here is my idea for an Iron Man overhaul:
Iron Man
Classic: Tech
General: Iron Man’s basic attacks, heavy attack, SP1, and SP2 animations are new and he now hovers over the ground.
Heavy Attack Animation: Iron Man brings both arms back and launches them forward in a punch with the help of his arm repulsors.
SP1 animation: In quick succession, Iron Man fires a beam out of one hand and then another beam out of the other and follows it up with a chest beam in the air.
SP2 animation: Iron Man blasts his foot thrusters into the opponent, flies backwards, and shoots two red precision lasers one after the other.
Signature Ability - (System Reboot):
Once per fight, when Iron Man drops below 15% health:
-Gain a Regeneration buff that regenerates 15 to 40% of Iron Man’s maximum health. This buff is removed if Iron Man is stunned.
-Gain an additional 2 indefinite Armor Up buffs that each have -75 to -25% potency.
-Gain an indefinite Energize buff that increases Combat Power Rate by 10 to 50%.
Passive: Anytime Iron Man uses a Suit Function, gain a Fury buff, increasing attack rating by (X) for 12 seconds.
Armor: At the start of the fight gain an indefinite Armor Up buff, increasing armor rating by (X). If the Armor Up buff ends for any reason, gain it back after 5 seconds.
EMP Pulse: The first time the opponent reaches 3 bars of power, Iron Man instantly releases a pulse of energy that drains both his and the opponent’s power bar to 0.
Suit Functions: Iron Man’s suit is equipped to deal with certain hazardous situations. These functions include: Auto-Antidote, Cooling Systems, and the Arc Reactor.
Auto-Antidote: Whenever Iron Man would gain a Poison debuff or passive, his suit gives him the antidote after 3 seconds and he becomes Poison immune for the rest of the quest.
Cooling Systems: Whenever Iron Man would gain an Incinerate debuff or passive, his suit’s cooling jets are activated, causing Incinerates to have 90% reduced duration.
Arc Reactor: Whenever Iron Man would gain a Shock debuff or passive, his Arc Reactor becomes overcharged, causing him to take 90% reduced damage from Shocks. While attacking the opponent, Iron Man will deal the 90% of Shock damage (that he would have taken) back to the opponent as a burst of energy damage.
Special Attack 1: Both Hand Beams apply an Armor Break debuff, reducing armor rating by (X) for 7 seconds. The Chest Beam applies a 2 second Stun debuff.
Special Attack 2: The Foot Thrusters apply 3 Incinerate debuffs, each dealing (X) energy damage over 5 seconds. The first Precision Laser inflicts Power Burn onto the opponent which burns 50% of the opponent’s power and deals direct damage proportional to the lost power. The second Precision Laser inflicts a 15 second Armor Burn debuff, causing Iron Man to deal 100% of damage dealt from each attack as an additional burst of energy damage to the opponent, while the opponent has an active Armor Up buff or passive.
Special Attack 3: Drain 1 bar of power from the opponent and apply a Power Lock debuff on them for 6 seconds.
