Variant 2.3.1 Nick Fury

So guys is the game bugged or what? I brought in the same guys as Seatin for Variant 2.3.1(RH,Dom,CAIW,Hype,Mas) and I couldn't stun Nick Fury. Does it matter if it's 4, 5 or 6 stars to pull off the stun?
