EQ crashed and lost progress

Game crashed in the victory scene on my third run of Cav EQ 1.2, when I got back in, it's now only showing one path completed, and the energy I used is gone. I had popped a full energy refill too, and that's also gone. Don't want to do any more paths if this is going to happen again.
